April is Financial Literacy Month and I have a challenge for you. No, it’s not some weird internet trend or TikTok dance, but something that if you commit, will make you wealthier. With there being 30 days in April, I am challenging you all to take each one of these 30 days to better your financial situation. Follow these 4 steps everyday:

1. Every morning, wake up and write or repeat this affirmation: “Today I will take steps to increase my wealth.”

2. Write down what your financial goal for the day is. It can be anything from setting up a new auto-pay for your bills to purchasing one new asset such as a stock. Either way, set a goal for yourself and then achieve it by the end of the day.

3. Learn something new in the financial space. Even if it’s you committing to read 10 pages in a financial literacy book, listening to a podcast, or watching a video, go learn something new!

4. At the end of the day, reflect on what you learned and how it put you closer to your financial goal.

If you find this useful, then continue doing it even after April is over. Your future self will be thanking you later.
